Motif Properties is a privately owned commercial property investment and development company based in Brisbane.
We are guided by a strategic rather than opportunistic approach to ownership. We pursue targeted acquisitions and hold high conviction in each one, choosing locations for where demand is heading rather than where it stands today, and properties for what they can become as much as what they already are.
